Friday/ rest day

I feel a rest day is needed, swam an hour yesterday morning with my new barracuda goggles which are way more comfortable. Then did a nice 7 mike run at lunch. great weather because it is warm enough to run in shorts with a light vest on top. Perfect, not to hot or cold. been running thesame loop on the running trail by Awbry butte. I need to find some more interetsing areas that are near my office. Plan on getting in a big weekend of swimming biking and running...at least 3 hours each day.

if it dumps snow i will try and ski but weather does not look like the snow is coming, we have had a super weak year for snow this year. I was at the mountain with Steph and Marsha and Monson and when we went into the trees it was THIN.

so today relax, read a book........

Lexie is winding down and at almost 14 years old we are enjoying her. She has spent the last few weeks in the house and I am just living with a stuffy nose for awhile for her.
