ROCK OUT

I am rocking out because doctor says my knee is doing good, he said no surgical at this time. I can keep biking and skiing through winter and try and keep running to a min. If it kicks in again in the spring when i start running on roads again, still may need the surgery but at least i can get through ski season. I guess I will focus on the swim and bike and weight conditioning this winter.

Jennelle and Ryder ran a mile ( they found out if you sprint the first block the rest is harder but then again I do not recall being able to pace myself until well after I was 30....or run for that matter)
