It was -10 this morning and Rob and I waited until it was above zero and climbed the cone....great day....good views, Snow was hard as ice and solid.

Melissa got me the shots from the post marathon get together...Thanks. I am getting rady to cakk her for some more swim workout tips.

outside the kitchen window on Jan 8th...just got some more fresh in town, so much for the bike ride today unless i take out the studded tires which work well for going to work but would not want to spend 2 hours on them so back to the trainer.
